Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9×5-inch loaf pans or line them with parchment paper.

- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract. Mix until fully incorporated and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the buttermilk. Begin and end with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
- In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
- Spread half of the batter into the prepared loaf pans. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter.
- Layer the remaining batter on top, then sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

- If you don’t have buttermilk, mix 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar with 1 cup of milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.
