  • 69 lollipop or popsicle sticks
  • Parchment paper (not wax paper)
  • Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts, crushed graham crackers, crushed pretzels, mini M&Ms, sprinkles, shredded coconut, crushed Oreos

Instructions

  1. Prep apples: Wash, dry, and slice apples into thick wedges. Remove seeds and insert a stick into the bottom of each slice.
  2. Melt caramel: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine caramels and cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Dip slices: Dip or spread caramel over one side of each apple slice. Let excess drip off.
  4. Add toppings: While caramel is still soft, sprinkle desired toppings over the coated side.
