Ingredients

- 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 cup (240ml) milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, blueberries, chopped nuts, or bacon bits
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin with non-stick spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, whisking until just combined.
- Fold in your favorite additions like chocolate chips or blueberries if desired.
- Spoon the batter into the mini muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Place the tin in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the poppers are golden.
- Let the poppers cool for 5 minutes before removing them from the tin. Serve warm.
