Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix apple cider, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir gently until just combined.
- Lightly grease a donut pan and fill each cavity halfway with batter.
