- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup (90 g) mini chocolate chips (optional)

- Frosting or candy melts (in Halloween colors: orange, green, purple)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray or line with paper cups.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gently fold until just combined. Do not overmix. Stir in mini chocolate chips if using.
- Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared mini muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Avoid overbaking for fudgy texture.
- Allow brownies to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, pipe frosting or drizzle melted candy melts on top of each brownie bite. Before it sets, add candy eyes to give each one a fun, monster-like appearance.
