This Pecan Praline Crunch is the ultimate sweet and salty snack! Made with pecans, brown sugar, and crunchy cereal, it’s an easy Southern treat perfect for holidays, parties, or gifting.

- 4 TBS butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 box Quaker oatmeal squares-Brown Sugar
- 2 cups pecan halves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cereal and pecans.
- Over medium heat, melt butter. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and corn syrup. Stir until melted.
- Once it comes up to a slow bubble, add baking soda and vanilla. Let it cook for about 1 minute.
- Pour over cereal mixture and stir until everything is coated.
- Spread over a large parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the 250-degree oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Store in a sealed container.
