- 1 cup chopped marshmallows

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Spread half of the cookie dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped marshmallows over the dough.
- Crumble the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the marshmallow and chocolate layer.
- Dollop the remaining cookie dough over the graham cracker layer, spreading it gently to cover.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Let the smores cookie bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
