Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until translucent.

- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Let the pot pie rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
