  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, ground ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Add the chicken thighs, turning them to coat evenly in the marinade. Cover and let them marinate for at least 20 minutes.
